 BEGIN THE HOME SEARCH

• Search for properties on the MLS and Patterson Schwartz Flash Sheet that meet your needs, set appointments for these properties and show you each property regardless if the listing is with another broker or is new construction.
• Supply you with information, School Reports, area sports, recreation, hobby and other interests information.
• Arrange for loop tours of different areas and school tours.
• When we find a home in which your're interested we'll supply you with comparable property information so that you can make a knowledgeable decision on how to proceed.
• Explain the Agreement of Sale, help you to understand the terms of the Agreement and provide home warranty information.
• Facilitate the negotiations between you the Buyer and the Seller.
• Make ourselves available to you when you need us!

 ONCE WE HAVE A CONTRACT

• Be sure you meet mortgage application deadlines.
• Give you the names and numbers of local home inspectors for the property in which you're interested.
• Help resolve home inspection issues.
• See that all Agreement of Sale dates are met.
• Assist with utility changes, home owners insurance, etc.
• Obtain HUD settlement sheet before closing to confirm the cash requirements of the settlement.
• Facilitate a smooth settlement process and attend the loan closing and property transfer with you.
