The Beginning of the Team
This dynamic professional
team originated during Harry's years in the construction business. His wife, Linda, ran the office while he handled operations. Then, in 1986, Linda decided to pursue real estate as a compliment to Harry's construction
business. She soon became very successful. Due to the economic pressures that impacted the construction business, Harry left construction and went into sales of construction supplies while he pondered his next
professional move. It was then that, wife, Linda, suggested that he join her in the real estate profession.
Having learned many of the fundamentals of real estate during evening conversations at home with Linda
and knowing how well the two of them worked together as a team, Harry decided that selling real estate could be as gratifying as constructing it. Harry's background has proven to be a tremendous wealth of information
for new home buyers, especially when considering "fixer up'ers". His unique vantage point is that of an experienced eye for well done and solid construction and his professional history also offers the knowledge of
where to refer people for appropriate sources for unique products or problems encountered in older houses. Since they are lifelong residents of Delaware their knowledge of the history and the present area extends well
beyond real estate listings. Linda brings 19 years of experience in real estate and wealth of professional experience and information to the table while Harry is computer and technology oriented and brings a wealth of
construction experience and knowledge to fully round out this unbeatable combination.
In January 2000, after returning from a national convention of the top producing real estate agents in the country, Linda and
Harry invited Chris Broomell, their son-in-law, to join the team as a Listing/Buyer Partner. Chris was also born and raised in Delaware and brought with him a wealth of sales and customer service experience. In addition
to his sales responsibilities, Chris also shares in many of the technology and marketing activities of the team.
